This Legal Policy governs the terms under which GlowAura UK (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides body sculpting and aesthetic services to clients. By booking or receiving a treatment, clients agree to the terms set out in this document.

2. Client Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

3. Medical Disclaimer

All treatments are non-medical and intended for aesthetic purposes only.

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history prior to any procedure.

GlowAura UK cannot be held liable for undisclosed medical conditions that may impact the results or safety of treatment.

4. Risk and Liability

Clients understand that results may vary and that no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

While all procedures are carried out with care and hygiene standards, clients accept the inherent risks associated with non-invasive body treatments.

GlowAura UK and its practitioners shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or side effects resulting from the treatment unless due to negligence or misconduct.

5. Informed Consent

Clients are required to sign a consent form before undergoing any procedure.

By signing the consent form, clients confirm they understand the treatment, the expected results, and any associated risks.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of up to 100% of the service cost.

Refunds are not provided for completed treatments unless a fault in service is established.
